By accessing or using Ask The Master, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ask The Master is an AI-powered debate platform that generates multi-perspective responses from simulated company agents. All responses are AI-generated and should not be treated as professional advice.

The agents represent simulated perspectives inspired by real companies but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of those companies.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

We offer Free, Pro, and Max plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Credit Packs: Credit packs are eligible for a pro-rata refund based on usage. The refund is calculated as: refund = price_paid x (unused_credits / total_credits). For example, if you buy 50 credits for $49 and use 10, you are eligible for a refund of $39.20 (80%). To request a refund, contact [email protected].

When you provide your own API keys, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your keys are valid and have sufficient credits
• Any costs incurred on your API provider account
• Complying with the API provider's terms of service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Automate access without our written permission
• Generate harmful, abusive, or rights-violating content
• Resell debate outputs commercially without attribution

• Do not rely on AI responses for legal, medical, or financial decisions
• We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of any response
• You are responsible for how you use the generated content

The Service, its design, code, and agent system are our intellectual property. Debate outputs you generate are yours to use. The underlying agent personalities and system prompts remain our property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use, including business decisions made based on AI-generated content.
